Refund policy
Australia First Merch does not accept refunds or exchanges if you have ordered the incorrect size or change your mind. Please ensure you select the correct items as most of our items are made to order. Sizing charts are located on the website and are in the description of each item.
Australia First Merch offers refunds or exchanges for damaged/faulty items. If you have a damaged/faulty item, please email us at australiafirstmerch@gmail.com with your full name and order number and a photo of the damaged/faulty clothing. This must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving the item.
Australia First Merch will deny a refund/exchange if items are returned without their original tags, used, soiled with perfume scents, make up etc. We will notify you by email and send the items back to you.
Sale items, Hats, Beanies and Bags are non-refundable/exchangeable, all orders placed for these items are final and the items cannot be returned unless faulty/unwearable.
